I made Felix age. People agreed that the last one looks too old for his age group, so just ignore those numbers.//EDIT
Changed the file, and hopefully fixed the derpy look. I also cleaned it a bit, but I dunno. The dirty paper scan had a more endearing feel to me.

I know what it is! Try darkening the side of the face on his left. That way, it doesn't seem like the white of his eyes.
