This is Nei of Sega's Phantasy Star Series. I've drawn her with the Awesome Nei claws that were exceptionally rare weapon available in the Phantasy Start Universe Games.
She never actually used these claws, they were just added into the Universe series to pay homage to her, but i think they look great on her!
PROCESS
Once I'd settled on the concept, the sketch took about an hour. Then Scanned in at 600DPI adn coloured in Photoshop CS5. The colouring took about 4 Hours.
