So in that journal I said I found a character that could fill a spot in my story?Well, it's this one.
So here we go:

Can make others feels intense pain while feeling pain himself

Slowly killing people from inside (i.e. bleeding inside)

Rendering others useless for a short amount of time
Can be used on self as a shield;
He can use it for a long time but has to recharge later.

Can fly.

Can manipulate objects a little bit.
(like making his sleeveless cloak have sleeves)
