Umm use diffuse shader and a translucent shader connected to a add shader node and connect that to a mix shader node, and connect the glossy shader to the mix shader node also. (i used to do that it works well)

how did you make an sss material? Or is it a trick of texturing?

is simply the texture as a basis for the skin I have not added any effect of SSS, unfortunately not how. I think what makes the lighting look good is nothing more hahaha. Thanks for comment

when you use the tank top. the materials are mixed diffues and glossy and make the fac settings like .070 so its like latex and the diffues can change any color you like
