I like where you went with this idea, i really like the face armor, but the reaper "wings" are not needed. I think if Shepard remade their body it would look close to the same as it did before Shep was destroyed meaning the red stripe and N7 would still be in the same location (or at least implied if not the same color)
also why not try sprinkling in some reaper blue lights in between the cracks of the armor
for a bit more inspiration why not referenceΒ the Borg Queen from Star Trek and try to fuse that design with Shep's default armor and a Reaper ship
overall very nice work!
