Well, I've been drawing on the computer for about...4 years now. xD; So yeah, I've had a lot of practice and I'm always looking at new ways to color/lineart/draw/do backgrounds etc.

I used SAI for the lineart, coloring, and background. Then I went into photoshop to put in some smudges to make it look like she was moving.

I downloaded SAI 2 days ago and my sister downloaded some kind of photoshop on my computer, I just have no idea how to work with them.. x)But I saw many artists working with those programmes so maybe in a far future I can make those drawings! xD
