Dragons, (At least,the Enderdragon) don't destroy Obsidian and Endstone. Nothing much has been specified about most of the dragons that have been in request,other than Darksun who is already a full character.

yes, but in the End, obsidian is a common substance, perharps that's why the enderdragon can deal damage to it. while in the nether, it is only appearing in portals
