Description
This costume was done for Lucca Comics and Games 2012. A challenge, really XD I never made an armor before, I think it turned out ok even if it isn't very comfortable to move in it. The sword too, was my first one, overall I like it, except for the gems; I used a cheap resin to make them and they turned out ugly, there wasn't enough time to remake them so yeah... What do you think? Any tip will help me improve~

Tutto il vostro gruppetto era davvero bello, accurato, e stavate così bene assieme pur non facendo parte delle stesse serie... perchè si vedeva che i costumi erano fatti con cognizione di causa! Brava! 
Per le gemme, vedrai che usando un'altra resina e/o altri stampi, e soprattutto con più tempo a disposizione (e magari un po' di sole che le asciughi!) escono fuori benissimo!

Wow quello che hai detto a proposito dello stare bene insieme pur essendo personaggi da diverse serie mi ha proprio rallegrato *A* Eravamo un po' preoccupate, perchè non abbiamo trovato nessuna serie i cui personaggi piacessero a tutte tanto da farne il cosplay, quindi alla fine abbiamo optato per un gruppo Clamp generico proprio per questo(avessimo avuto più persone sarebbe stato ancora più bello, ci sono talmente tante serie e personaggi!) ti saluterò sicuramente Umi quando la sento, ma se vuoi puoi trovarla anche qui su DA sembra una modella *A* perfetta per Umi~ e Ashura invece riesce a interpretare qualsiasi personaggio, anche il più improbabile, risultando sempre bellissima XD vorrei essere come loro *^*
Grazie mille per i consigli sulle gemme! Ho già provato a fare delle gemme trasparenti con la resina epossidica, e queste sì che sono venute trasparenti! Ma ora dovrò sperimentare coi colori e casomai rifare quelle rosa XD il meteo certo non ispira ora come ora...

to make the pauldrons I used gym mat and a pvc foil.
