Description
I made a few changes to the original design. It has been a little while since I've had a really good piece of blue coral to use for this. I wanted to remake Mako again, but I can't find any green coral that was even close to the quality of that one.I'm still playing around with it. Hopefully you will see another Mako from me in the near future. I would realllly like to make an upgraded version of it. lol.

This will be my fourth one. So I've made one a year since I started them. It's hard for me to do more than that. I get tired of carving and filing after I finish one. lol

i think it would be cooler if it had a straighter spine and no swage. but its a cool knife i just find it a little overly dynamic in an artistic sense.

Would you ever consider using C-Tek for knives this style? Some of the patterns resemble the coral you have there already.

Naw, I try to keep it to natural/rare materials. That way even if I wanted to make more of them, I couldn't. I want them to be prized pieces and as individual as I can make them. Although, I do love the way C-Tek looks!
