The shape design of the curve with a chink at the top makes an almost beak look to the blade part which looks very cool. Dark scratchy looking metal for a darker feel suites the blade perfectly especially the scratches make the blade look even more like a bird (from an angle) Handle smoothly finished with locking pins to ensure the strength of the handle is very nicely done. A circle cut in to the bottom of the handle could be sued for a large variety of things such as that being the point of hanging if to be mounted on a wall or plaque. one suggestions, possibly consider a darker wood for the handle so fit the more darker colour scheme. overall a fantastic piece as always.
