Blade: 360 layers of ladder patterned damascus that I was trying to do stuff with, but I kind of got sidetracked with the handle. Handle: 10 carats of emeralds. Green stabilized mammoth tooth. 500+ pieces of silver.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
And by that I mean. I am one of two people in America that can do this type of handle on knives. What, what! If you think this one is awesome, wait until you see my next ones! Mawahahahaha.

This is beautiful. I'm more of a practical, plain-Jane type of guy about knives myself, but I make silver jewelry as well so I can appreciate the shinywork! Man, I'd love to see a close up of that handle through a macro lens!

It's hard crossing jewelry work with knifemaking. I can't do crap as far as jewelry goes, so this was rather difficult for me. Plus the only other guy that does it on knives, won't tell anyone. It wasn't so much the silver work, it was getting the silver work to be functional on a knife. The craziest part about it is how awesome it feels in your hand. I was honestly stunned when I was holding it.Β
