Oooh... :climbs up stairs: I was there only about a week ago ^^ and if you clap your hands in front of the stairs the echo comes back as a Quetzal bird call. So cool.

That’s right, you should visit this magic place in March 21 and September 22, during the afternoon, you can see in the north stairs, some kind of solar illusion in the form of a snake shadow (QuetzalCoatl God) that go down stairs to the ground, this consist in seven inverted light triangles, as a result of the shadows that proyect the nine platforms of this building in the sunset.
