I know 'street' is what the catagory is termed, and I can understand why you put it there from just the name... but... please take another look at the catagory description.
"Street" catagory is in the wrong place altogether to be honest.

Would probably have benefited from a narrower aperture to get a sharper depth of field and a better affect on the streetlights but its a really good shot. I am only guessing that you didn't have a tripod with you.
