It should´t just be a just part in us, which controls our decisions secretly.

No! The subconscious is our friend like a tomato with a friendly face.

If you ready for this inner friendship, just lean back,

think about something which you connect with the word happiness,

Maybe a dog who eats lipstick and looks like he is ready for a date,

Or a child, which jumps out the trashcan and scars your neighbors,

Or if somebody cut his cheese with the propeller of a helicopter.

If you have a decision, just let the theater in your brain repeat it.

You can clap rhythmical in your hands, because I don´t have a metronome.

Did I say, that you should close your eyes? No? Whatever!

Now it´s too late, let them open. Hey! No winkling! I said open!

If you aren´t relaxed, it´s not my fault, i´m just a text! I swear!

Now remember a smell you really like. Don´t think about farting babies.

Maybe the smell was a perfume from a person you really liked,

Or the fragrance of your favorite cake from your childhood.

What? It´s not so easy to remember smells just from the memory?

Okay, then think about the taste of the cake or the person?

…you don´t? Next time if you see a lovely person, lick over her/his face!

You thought about something, that makes you happy.

You should do it again! Or maybe do it the first time!

Don´t let yourself being annoyed of words or texts!

And maybe you forgot the smell, but definitely not the person,

Which belongs to the smell. Time to visit/write this person.
