It always warms the heart to see how people can love italian comics. They tend to be so forgotten by the world, although ironically, the best selling marvel comic sells around the world less than the average italian comic (say, Dylan Dog) sells in Italy. Which makes me think a lot... but I'm digressing.
I like the colors and the original take on this characters, and it reminds me, I ought to make a tribute myself! I come from the very city Hugo Pratt loved so much, Venice.

De rien,si ca te plais,ca me fait plaisir
en ce moment,j'essaye de m'habiter a photoshop et au passage je bosse sur les décors car c'est un de mes nombreux points faible,du coup le corto était très tentant avec son décors de bord de mer,en plus j'aime la classe de ce personnage
