I can see some good promise in your colours here, but you've kinda stopped short so I thought I'd offer some of that critique you're looking for.
Basically, watch out for your lighting. You've made the effort with this piece to define a particular lighting angle with the ground shadows, but the rest of the image looks like you've stopped rendering after the first pass to establish that lighting. The ground shadows looks promising, but you have to commit to lighting like that. Most of both figures should really be in shadow, but you've given little indication of this in your toning. If I can make a suggestion, go check out EraserX's gallery to see how a master deals with shadow-rendering. You don't want to make everything dark, but there are other ways to suggest a figure is in shadow.
You definitely get good points for trying tho. Trying to define dynamic lighting is an important stage to stepping up your colouring, and you have made a decent start here. You just have to try to take it a bit further.

i'm agree with you but it's hard to make shadow of the rock and not have a result too dark,so i cheat a little

Making stuff look like it's in shadow without making it too dark is definitely a challenge (and something I'm not very good at yet myself), but there are tricks you can use. You're heading in the right direction tho in trying to render dynamic lighting, so just keep going with it. Don't be afraid to push it too far - you can learn a lot from mistakes too, remember.
