You have great detail to lights and shadows when it comes to the human form. I really enjoy your work. I only have one thing about the coloring of the buildings in the background. The two light bluish buildings in the background look a bit off. One side of the building seems like it needs to be a bit darker to create more depth. The smaller brown building on the left seems to be darker in contrast compared to the other buildings. Overall this is a great piece of work and you are very consistent with the direction of light source in your colors. Very nice piece!

Btw, my point on the original comment was merely that it looks more like McFarlane's work than the style I know Shane Davis for.

spidey could be more saturated and the clouds are too grey... colour hold the web stuff maybe?
