A beautiful piece! the great detail (especially in her hair, outfit and the background) gives this picture amazing depth. The color and shading are splendidly done, which brings thoughts of newer X-Men comics to mind. The artist really captured a great amount of emotion with simple shading and gestures on Storm's face and her body. Her physique, her costume and the lightning are a perfect match for a professionally made Marvel comics piece. With small nods to her original look (the 'X' clasp on her cape, the headband, her earrings), give a traditional look, while a small updating of her boots and suit create a great visual of the Weather Queen. Masterfully made and wonderfully executed!

C'est ci bon! 
The only possible criticism I have is the use of lighting. I understand with a character like Storm in the middle of a... well storm... there are going to be multiple light sources. However the lighting on the face and left thigh (character left not picture left) looks like it is coming from the front, and the lighting on the breasts and right thigh are coming from above (at least this is my perception from the use of the gradient).
