This is my character design for Elphie, in my idea of a Wicked movie. I have what traits she inherited from whom in the upper box.

I decided not to give Elphie glasses because I don't think Oz invented contact lenses, and I don't like the stereotype of "person takes of glasses and becomes hotter".

I didn't come up with the blue and brown costume design, it was inspired by www.broadwayworld.com/article/… .

For her defying gravity + dress, what I figured is she bought the dress in the Emerald City, with Glinda, and see, I personally really dislike ruffles, and so I made Glinda basically help lead her to a "fashionable" choice dress.
