Kyogre looks pretty cool there with the colouring! Glowy red, I like. Like another said it does remind me of Pokemon Pinball RS too, and it with the dark background adds a lot to the atmosphere of the picture.
Other pokemon are neat (top right looks a bit odd though and I nver did like luvdisc

I do feel though the Pokemon in the background feel a bit out of place for me. They aren't distracting, as you did a great job muting them. I can't explain it.
