Description
I started to project this one, mainly i was into mastering some render methods that i didn't use. If you don't use Vray i can truly recommend you Indigo Render setings. This was used in this scene.I will be uploading new shoots becous i want to do:
-1st Floor (60%)
-Underground Garage (50%)
-Backyard (10%)
-Drive(0%)
-Some Details
The project is non-commercial and won't be sold no were.

well over the internet you'v got many things like arms or stuff for your use, aswell as the cinema 4d version has some handy stuff to help you project stuff into the hous. And modeling a desk or something isn't that hard. If your interested i can do some stuff and post it. But sadly i can't still make any armature for the bathroom i can make the water instalation(you got one tutorial here on da for making thous.) it might help you

actually I got the c4d architecture edition. so I got most of the objects like toilets and armatures.
but I really would like to know how to setup the light, which render settings and so on, you know!

you need an extra add on into cinema 4d if you want it to look realistic. My self, i use Indigo Render Plugin wich is a non commercial free exchange of Vray. I am sure that if you will google for it, you will finde it very fast. Inside the indigo render setings you just set 1.1 gamma instead of 4.1 and get the render setings from my free room and the render will look like this one above. Chilll!
