Well, I haven't done one of these in a loooooong time. Mainly due to other art-y work taking priority. But I finally managed to quickly do up another Super SCP for that daft Dial S thing I started. This was also a request from one of the members on the SCP site.

This is Major Alexei Belitrov, the Human Fly (which is what the badly drawn, google-translated Russian on the page means.). In the Main SCP-verse, he's SCP-2273.

In the Dial-S-Verse, Major Alexei's origins and abilities are very similar only with a more Superheroic angle. Think a cross between The Red Guardian (a Soviet Capt.
