I was practicing on my new tablet and I just drew a random blonde haired girl, just wanted to see how it would of came out.

Photoshop, thats why it looks alittle choppy and the lining
is terrible but I need to buy SAI so I can get the lining

I recommend you get Paint Tool SAI to get nice line-art and colouring. Photoshop works too, but might start lagging when you zoom in a lot on the canvas.
