I've taken quite a fancy to Steampunk things these days, so here is another mini top hat with an old fashioned vibe. It is made from faux suede, has mini green & bronze goggles, and a 'miniature giant' (ahhh the contradiction... ) clock hand mounted into the scarf. Plus some feathers... don't forget those, they're important too....
