Description
So more Barbie fanart, yes it's a traditional acrylic painting, and yes I vered into Fairytopia territory. So I painted this background in pastel rainbow colors on two canvases (thanks to one of those acrylic painters on YouTube) and for this one in particular, I thought "hey I haven't done fairies in a while and why not do Elena from Fairytopia". In case you don't know who she is from the three main Fairytopia films, Elena started out as a wingless fairy who goes on this journey to earn her wings (and helped defeat Laverna the dark fairy THREE TIMES IN ALL THREE FILMS) and after earning her wings, she trades them for a mermaid tail in the second film and then gets her wings upgraded. In magic of the rainbow, ik it's been 13 years since I last watched out, I believe it was her and six other fairies are in some sort of fairy training.
So, I did her with her rainbow fairy outfit and rainbow wings from Magic of the Rainbow and based on that cover art when you get the DVD (thou in the film actually her hair is up)
