well, by the looks of the cartoon show, he has severe delusions (wearing clothes) , kleptomania (tendency to steal) , remorse to the kleptomania (he tosses the object back claiming they will "never find it now"), and severe OCD (they tell him something three times and he does it)
there is something definatly f---ed up about this "childrens show"
