at least they do if they're guarding a city/structure/tower/etc. ^^ always kills me to see these hugely masculine creatures strolling around in big furry boots, massive axes, and lil' short-shorts. hence this sketch.

really it belongs in the actual sketch category but I couldn't resist. this is the progress thusfar, more pencil and level-adjustments in 'Shop to bring what I have to what level i need it to be at. Still toying with levels though. Anyway...low angle lights and a quick, sloppy masking job to remove the smudging (or most of it)
