i love the design of this css

something about the RAR.
it sends me to a website instead
and I found somewhere that if change the filename to .zip then I can use it without that program
but then it comes up as a corrupt file- so I figured it was time to give up there ^^

It's just a CSS, and I said in the "read me" file that you can freely change the colors and whatever you like .. it's my first too

Ooo, this is giving me some ideas what to do with my gallery. I've yet to try (once I have time). I hate how we can't customize our main gallery though>>
Btw, do you know if Deviantart allows Z-index values?
