Description
Colloquially known as the Space Donut, a dozen of these scientific and research habitats orbit the Earth. Only thirty meters wide, they rotate on their access once every eight seconds to provide centripetal acceleration induced gravity. Concept was from the early 20th century engineer and aerospace theorist, Herman Potocnik. These small stations are easily transported to orbit from any of the heavy lift vehicles of 2069. One of the first spacefaring Lonely Outposts.

Thanks to the wonderful Thekobs whose own version of a spacestation reminded me that I had some stations I wanted to present. She is always such an inspiration!
