Whenever I import my XNA models (I have that plug-in that lets you import OBJs), they appear on screen but when I go to move the bones, the "skin" moves instead, (E.g. When I move Light's left arm, her arm band and glove moves, but not the arm itself). Does anyone know how I can fix this?
I LURVE the render! This is exactly what I'm trying do make right now; I always used Blender but now I'm trying big boys stuff ;D

No need to do your posing in Max its not going to deform the model properly. Do any posing you need to do in XNAlara and then follow my tutorial to get the renders I have. [link]
