Another kamen rider build oc, don't know if I wanted to go with Phantom Deus or Phantom Ex. I'm not good with names ok, I'm sorry QwQHe is basically the Blood stark or Night Rogue but he's not a villain or a hero, he's more or an anti hero.
His weapon the steam shooter is basically the steam gun but it shotgun form but has more perks.
He uses the spider bottle to transform, I know that the spider bottle exist in the show but I don't care my universe. I used the based design of Blood Stark and Night Rogue but changed it up a little and adding my own design into it.
Name of character: Thinking of one.
Backstory: Will think of one later.
Steam Shooter
Insert bottle for transformation sound is the same as the steam gun.
The gun has two mode slug mode and spread mode. This mode changes the blast into a single blast or wide blast.

Modification: Depending on the bottle which is inserted on the top, it will change the blast.

His original color was suppose to be Yellow and Purple which was suggested by a friend of mine, but was changed cause I like this color schematic.

Did you know there was a rumor there was going to be a spider-themed Kamen Rider in Build named Kamen Rider Speeder?
Why not take some inspiration from that and call this guy Phantom Speeder?
