In a moment of desperation, when the final battle against the ultimate evil seemed all but lost, when Atlas seems poised to fall, Skye Volare- the only success from a project known as "Grimmwalker"- reaches just a little deeper into that well of strange power she barely understands. She reaches back, back into her past, back to a village in the middle of nowhere, back to a scared little girl who watched her only friend get gunned down like a monster, to that overwhelming burst of emotion, and the power it brought her.

But this time is different. She's older now. Stronger. More in control. But it's more than that.

This time Skye has something to protect. A home. A family. People that she cares about, and that care about her.

Dark energy gathers around her, and a ear-shattering- yet familiar- roar rings out behind her. Her eyes shift from their cool blue to a deep red, her Grimm-like markings follow suit.

Eyyy Skye's back!

I swear I've tried for so long to draw more stuff with her, but every single project has fallen apart, either do to lack of interest on my part, or that one time my PC just decided it didn't like what I was making and corrupted the file.

This came out nice though. Not sure about how the hair came out though... was going for a "powering up" look, but I think it comes across more as a bad perm.

Whatever, I still like it. It took me back to an earlier time in my life when I wasn't so focused on the likes and reblogs and stuff. I just liked drawing my weird OC's and other stuff that made me happy... and if it happened to make other people happy too, then that's good too.

Anyway, hope you like this. I really want to make the whole "Sky joins the Ace Ops" story a real thing someday. Might be awkward now that The Owl House has coined the term "Grimwalker," but I don't know. Maybe after Show Me How You Smile" is done I might give it a shot.
