You know what, you should probably just read it yourself. S'pretty good. Especially if you like the idea of a Dragonborn tearing up all the baddies of Remnant. Right now the story is just at the start of The Battle for Beacon part of Volume 3, so needless to say, shit is going down. So read it.

LITERAL SUNDAE AND OREONNA ARE PRESENT IN THIS STORY OMG. That's like, 45% of the reason this picture exists, as thanks to the author for so kindly including not only my beautiful Cookie Cat, but also possibly the least canon ship of all time.

Ugh. Can't believe it took me this long to thank you for this picture (beyond fav'ing it, of course).
Interesting little tidbit: "Dovahkiin" is a far more badass name when you know the translation. Split the word into its component syllables (Dov-Ah-Kiin), and it becomes a phrase that slightly roughly translates as "Born Hunter of Dragonkind" (The roughness comes from the fact that the dovahzul words are mirrored from their English equivalents.).
Also, I'm most of the way through the next chapter. Got busy with real life and other fandoms. Sorry for taking so long.

Just cought up on the story and it's pretty good. I haven't played Elder Scrolls in forever so a lot of stuff didn't make sense.

I'm just rolling with what ever comes from the E.C. Side of the story. I brushed up on Skyrim a little but I trust what you write.
Do Lejules children have double faunus traits like their father? The reason I ask is because you say they're Faunus but don't mention any specific features(ears, tail, etc.)
My favorite part is Dust Mage (WeissXMa'rahka).
I hope there's an interaction between Ma'rahka and Weiss's father. He is gonna lose it when he sees his daughter with a faunus and I'd like to see him try and take Weiss now.
PS. The name Ma'rahka makes me think of 🎶maracas🎶.

Admittedly, the "Faunus" traits of Ma'isha and Ma'rahka are only obliquely mentioned, and even then require knowledge of the Elder Scrolls lore beyond Skyrim; their Khajiit subspecies are only shown in the first two games, Arena and Daggerfall. To put it simply: Ma'isha has the same ears-and-tail combo as her father, while Ma'rahka has only the ears.
Oh, we will be seeing Ma'rahka and Jacques interact.

Never played an Elder Scrolls game (not to mention Fallout 4 is just collecting dust in my library). How much do I need to know to get into this fic? Cause he looks like a badass.

I do my best to make my fanfictions accessible to people who have only knowledge of one or neither universe. Admittedly, "From Dragon Hunter to Huntsman Professor" is more open to those coming with knowledge of Elder Scrolls before RWBY, but it isn't necessary. Quite a bit of both universes get explained when the need for the knowledge is necessary.

Well the author does a pretty good job breaking down the important lore from that series. As someone who played Skyrim and STILL only barely understood what was going on, I can say that not knowing a lot of the lore did not hamper my enjoyment.
The only real important fact is that Dragonborn (of Dovahkin which I think is a much more badass name for them) and the powers they possess are awesome.
Plus if you like RWBY alone, this guy is interacting with those characters pretty heavily right from the start. Plus the story follows the series events while also changing the fates of some of the characters is reeeeally cool ways.
I don't know man. I liked it. You should at least give the first few chapters a try I think. See if this is for you.
