In this episode of "Ideas that I thought were funny to at first, but after working on the comic for several weeks I realized I might just be stupid and lost all faith in the idea" theater, we have Fiona Thyme v. Tyrian Round 2.

And the coincidence of Fiona getting added to Amity Arena with an ability that is just this while I was working on this comic was painful.

But anyway, a fun idea I had, but also a big reminder about why I don't do long comics that much anymore.

Still was fun to draw May and Fiona for the first time (thyme?) ever.

Oh, also, this takes place after Volume 7, after Tyrian escaped from Qrow and co.

So I suppose the reason that Fiona didn't recognize Tyrian here is because it was dark when she was attacked at the election party, and I assume as a sheep faunus, she doesn't have great night vision like others of her race. Plus nobody aside from the Ace Ops and team RWBY and JNR knew Tyrian was even in Mantle, so it makes sense to me that Fiona wouldn't recognize him.
