Playing around with my camera settings, I got this picture of the prettiest falcon in the room. Relaxing in the patchwork shadows and curved highlights of the afternoon, she had no idea of what was going on but she took it all with dignity and enthusiasm. Tomorrow all these falcons will be flown to Arabia to spend the rest of their days doing what they were born to do - flying fast, flying free, killing with fierce talons. Wish them luck!
