Description
This is for NeoKeyguards ' event Personification of Light. The task is to draw our Keyblade in human form.

This was pretty hard. My first idea was to focus on Lucy's split personality which Inner Chaos keeps under control. So I thought about a straitjacket. But Inner Chaos is not the crazy one. It's a guardian, protecting Lucy from her own darkness. So I thought about some holy angel-like appearance. That's where her white dress and blue veil come from. But then again: It's not Lucy who wields Inner Chaos in battle. It's her dark side Ira. So an angel was not fitting either.
I went for a mix. White dress and an angel-like face for the good side of Inner Chaos, and dark armor for the bloodthirsty part. I tried to incorporate the Keyblade's design in the armor.
There are chains on the ground. Why? Inner Chaos keeps Lucy's darkness under control, but that darkness is ever getting stronger. The chains broke. Just like her face. On the surface Inner Chaos has a beautiful face, but that charade is crumbling. Inside there's so much darkness.
It's the same with Lucy.

The background is a stained glass. Where else could you find a human version of a Keyblade but in a Dive to the Heart?
