Evil queen sounds so cliché but there is really no other thing to call her right now haha

design for my graduation project, I always find it easier to design evil or mean characters rather than the innocent ones like the princess (thanks to everyone for helping me with the colors btw)

to give her more of an evil look and kind of unsettling one, her anatomy is kind of off, I like that in character designs

her collar turns into made up beast thingies : )
