i lived where it's normal to have 2 or 3 at the most of kids in a family
... 
in my family there are five kids all together, people see use as kind of strange
so imagine the look on their faces when i say my mom wanted to have another!

i still cant shake off the feeling that this is the darkest AU of yours where Gerret spirals into insanity after not being able to find a soulmate for years upon years of trial. After he starts to imagine a possible life he could have with his wife and 6 children, he becomes more and more distanced from the reality at hand, eventually believing his delusions and unknowingly ruining his life, losing his position, respect and cutting any relations with his friends and acquaintances. It is a sad AU but in the end Gerret is happy in the comfort of his own imaginary world,
