Just Decided to draw one of my favourite pokemon for a change :\im kinda pissed of right now because my hard work doenst pay of at school (I learn really hard and still only get 5/10's
)so im still learning right now for Sociology right now so I didnt really had much time to draw a Raichu Properly :\
