Yah... stoopid british censors decided we didn't know what ninjas were (even though we all had those lil' plastic ninja kits with the plastic shuriken that was so fun).. and that as football (soccer) fans liked to attack each other with nunchucks at some brief part in our history.. then all us mini turtle fans at the time were punished for it.
I won US tmnt video in a contest and when I watched it I rejoyced at the opening credits as you actually see Mikey more than once and with his chucks!! I almost died of shock!!!

... they couldn't censor the comics though!!

somehow the europeans love to censor everything. oh well.
i just can't believe how far the people went in dubbing over the theme with hero turtles...you know something is wrong when a british male vocal starts to sing hero over ninja. just not right...to an extent! again with the bashing! i am bad

No... you're totally right. It is stupid.

Sex and swearing doesn't really get censored over here, though. You can say and do pretty much anything on British tv and no-one bats an eye lid. They don't like violence, though.
I remember watching this programme called The Word ages ago and the singer in L7 pulled her pants down so we all got an eyefull of full frontal nudity .. and then when they re -ran it they didn't even bother to censor it.

Violence is this big taboo though.

Awesome pose! Great contrast too, I love the night feel and you did well with the shadows. One thing though, the blood splattering thing in the corner doesn't look right to me. Maybe have an enemy there instead? I suppose it's a bit late for that though. I really love the blood flying over top though, really cool effect
