Heh.. it's Raphael. Just imagine there's some bad guy just to the right who's butt he's gonna kick.
This pic was originally for the 'A little too Raph' contest on but I decided I wanted do do a more action-y one.. or something. If I get time. 
If I don't I'll enter this one.Anyway Karisma pencils.

Karisma Colour pencils are just the european name for Prisma Color pencils which apparently are quite easy to get hold of in America. Um... I think.. at least everyone on Dev Art seems to use them.
I guess it looks like a portrait because of the border. I'm going through a border phase at the moment!

Well it turned out nice! I have heard of Prisma color pencils but I personally use them. I use another brand that's quite bright, vibrant colors. Lately I've been working with paints tho, on my pumpkins, heh.

Well I have Raph pumpkin on my old site somewhere. Fortunecity won't allow direct-linking, but scroll alittle down and the Raph pumpkin is in the middle of the Images page . And then kinda near the top of the FanArt page is the Leo pumpkin. Both I did other years. Sofar I like the Peter Pan pumpkin best since I oil painted him! I wish I could find the Batman oil painted pumpkin I did a couple of years ago. That one turned out nice too! Let me see if I can find some pics of last year's painted pumpkys!

I love the trash, you just can't have an urban alley way with out trash lying about, funny how lots of people forget that. hooray for you ^^
And that brick wall is incredibly belieavble, it has texture, and it slowly gradients into the shadowier part of the alley.
I'd run away right about now, any 5 foot something walking turtle holding pointy weapons with a menacing look like that is a sure sign of. "you getting a can of whoopass". Yes, running away definitely sounds like a good idea

you did the background SO well its amazing O_O.....
and the atmosphere...it came across so clearly....its perfect for the city-ishness of TMNT...
