Okay, the first in my series of concept dumps for 'Loonatics Rising'.I've got... 19 pictures that I'm uploading right now and I figured this one would be a good place to start.
Tech is my favorite character, mostly because he was a good translation over from Wile E. Coyote and partly because I felt his voice actor did a good job with the character.
