Yey.. first part of this tut.. eyes! My fave x3okay... It's probably not exactly the flashiest tutorial, and I really need to get myself a tablet.. would've been able to just take screenies as I go instead of having to draw each step separately.. >_>
But enough of that! I hope the content is good enough to help anyone who is able to read 8D
Next step will be the face-- regarding the eye placements, the general planning out, and maybe the hair as well x)

BUT IT'S EFFICIENT. I was actually able to draw a decent bishie face. I would have never gotten the eyes right if I hadn't stumbled onto your tutorial.

If it translates to beautiful boy (I did first have to use the urban dictionary) then my interpretation's going to be a bit different. I draw similarly to Rumiko Takahashi's (When it comes to eyes) so my eyes'll be quite different.
Nonetheless, this is a wonderful tutorial, and if you ask me, the flashy ones with a freakish amount of steps annoy me, so yours is about the perfect length and description.

I honestly think "interpretation" is an artistic merit; just do as you see fit! Takahashi-sensei's style is the sort of old-school manga look... and the girls seem to love Sesshomaru (just my observation, as a guy). I think you won't go wrong with that!

wow thanks. ive been trying to draw an eye forever but it was hard without the steps like how you did it. This made it so much easier. The only problem was that im left handed so the flick of the wrist wasn't possible. I still like how it came out though.

That's great to hear! And well, the flicking wasn't strictly necessary... just a rough guide to keep things loose before getting accustomed to the shape. I don't do it anymore myself

XD I'm still not good enough to do a body tut.. most of my body drawings depend on whether it "looks right" or not.
So basically I can make a confusing reference for body proportion but not how to draw it x__x
But when the time comes I'll definitely make one and let you know
