I love this picture, both for the style you drew it in and the dark and twisted concept behind it! ^_^
I especially like how the spilled liquid dripping down the edge from the test tubes draws the eye to the Oompa Loompas under the table, and the textures on Wonka and Lecter's hair and clothing really blew me away. Their expressions are really something, too; it looks like they're inventing a new candy (Augustus Gloop flavored, perhaps? XD). The one thing I'd really change is the smoke coming from the cauldron. It looks static, and like it's standing on its own. But other than that, great job!
