No 001: Salmandorb
The lush desert Pokémon
Type: Water/Ground

Pokedex entry 1#: Salmandorb's body is spherical so it can retain the water that it needs to survive in harsh deserts. It has since evolved as an offshoot to species such as Mudkip and the Wooper evolution line, which is observed by it's vestigial fins.
It uses jets of water that comes from its mouth in order to cool itself off whenever it's hot

Pokedex entry 2#: Wherever Salmandorb sprays its water becomes lush and fertile, due to its properties and it's desert habitat; desert areas all around the region see spokes in vegetation wherever these groups of Pokémon reside, thus it's a valuable part of the desert ecosystem. Some even say that it's mythical in origin, but finding's are sparse in that theory.

(Non pokedex related note: I'll be starting a new art challenge this coming month and am a bit late posting this (since I done this last night and forgot to post it soo. have fun)
