So, this is my first time drawing otters. I think it can be improved, but not to shabby for a first try, eh?I used someone's otter for this because it was so kawaii, but I can't remember who it was... Oh well. I guess they'll see it when they see it, right? The otter on the right is some random made-up person who doesn't exist.
I wonder what my otter will look like when I get it..? Blarrg, I only have 8 diamondsssssssss

You should try adding a blue on top of the otters the same colour as the water, and then turning down the Opacity~ It'll make it look as if you drew the picture while underwater x3
