Read my lips.When painting lips on pinup works, I often thought the specular highlights looked like some kind of lettering.
Originally I had it saying "get lost", but the mouth shape wasnt really right for it and my friend suggested the one you see now.
Pencil sketch on paper, quick paintup in photoshop.

First off, I didn't even notice the text in her tips. I simply thought, "what awesome colouring!" and then I read your comment and looked at the art again. Seriously awesome concept, and done very nicely!
