Read my lips.When painting lips on pinup works, I often thought the specular highlights looked like some kind of lettering.
Originally I had it saying "get lost", but the mouth shape wasnt really right for it and my friend suggested the one you see now.
Pencil sketch on paper, quick paintup in photoshop.

Well thanks for running out the red ink cartridge on my printer...
I wonder if lips should come with 'spell check'. Nothing more embarassing than misspelled lips. ["Excuse me but I believe 'petulant' is not spelled with a 'ch'..." ]
It might be a project but maybe you could do the rest of the face filled with not-so-hidden messages. There are a lot of places to tuck them...

As for other parts of the face saying something, it reminds me of the great Dr Niles quote from the show Frazier
"Her lips said no... but her eyes said 'read my lips'"
