My entry for this weeks Trinquette Challenge, organised by the great Alberto Ruiz.Missed the deadline, but thought I'd better post it here as a reminder that space can be a lot more dangerous than you realise.
And requires a far less bulky dress code than previously thought.
Pencil sketch, painted in photoshop.
No astronauts were harmed during the making of this picture.
EDIT: Just thought I'd better explain WHAT the Trinquette challenge is:
the moderator posts a photo which all entrants use as the inspiration/pose for their illustration.

i had the mcdonalds flat keyboard atari 800 with the 1000 cassette recorder that recorded code i typed onto the cassette and could never find the beginning heheheh such a shit hole computers where back then hahahaha

Interestingly enough, she was quite plain as a child, but once she hit puberty, lost the braces, grew back her missing limbs and shaved off her excessive facial hair, she started turning heads.
