Those new comics IDW are publishing that's crossing over Dexter's Lab, PPG and other remembered CN shows seem to support this couple. I can't blame, they look cute together.
I imagine their relationship is similar to Sprx and Nova's relationship on Super Robot Monkey Team.

Oh my goodness! What an epic couple! I read Elecktrum's story, Invisible Sun, and as soon as I read this, I shipped this pairing right away! Its so unique and even though they're different, they're both tempered and refused to believe in something someone else tries to proves them wrong. This couple is perfect!

Buttercup was always my fave : D
and Dexter was one of my faves also ;_;
so when I played fusionfall and I saw some minor interactions between them somehow my brain went on a ship X"D
weird huh? but yeah.
I like 'oppsites attract' or love/hate pairings.
Though blossdex is OK sense they are kinda similar, I think I would still prefer this =3

Blossom and Dexter are to much a like to be in a relationship. Some one like Dexter would even hate the fact someone is as smart as him. They'd be good friends but the way ButterCup and Dexter's characters work, seems like they'd be more along side of a crush relationship until showing each other's emotion, because both are to hot headed to believe a relation of there kind, but will end up falling with each other. It happens a lot in Disney movies, and real life.
